Wisely Platform Terms of Use

This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") and defines the terms and conditions for providing access to the Wisely platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Service"). Acceptance of the Offer is considered registration in the Service and/or actual use of the Platform.

2. Definition of terms
- User — an individual or a representative of an organization using the Service.
- Account — the User's account on the Platform.
- User Content — data entered by the User (lessons, schedule, students, payments, notes, etc.).
- Tariff — a set of functions available under certain payment terms.
3. Subject of the Offer
We grant the User the right to access the Platform and its functionality under the terms of this Offer. The service is designed to manage the educational process: schedule, lessons, students/groups, payment accounting, reminders and other tools.
4. Registration, Account and Security
- The User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date information when registering.
- The User is responsible for maintaining access and confidentiality of the password.
- In case of suspicion of unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify support.
- We may restrict/suspend access in case of violation of the terms or security threats.
5. Terms of Use and Restrictions
It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal actions, violation of third party rights, distribution of malware or spam, attempts to access other users' data, as well as circumvention of technical restrictions.
- Do not provide access to third parties outside the permitted roles/participants (if the access function is available).
- Do not copy or reproduce the Platform, its design, code or parts without written permission.
- Do not perform actions that may impair the stability or security of the Service.
6. Rates, payment and no auto-debits
The Platform may offer a free trial period and paid rates. The current terms and conditions of the rates are published on the Platform's website/interface.
Auto-debit: Wisely does not use automatic regular debits.
Payment: is made manually by the User (one-time payment) to activate/continue access.
Payment provider: payment can be processed through LiqPay or another payment service; Wisely does not store card details.
In the event of the expiration of the paid period, access to paid functions may be limited until the next payment.
7. Refund
The user may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, if the service was provided improperly or access cannot be used for technical reasons dependent on Wisely.
A refund request is sent from your email account to support@wiselyonline.com with the date/amount of payment and a description of the problem. The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made (depending on the provider).
8. Intellectual Property and License
The Platform is the subject of copyright and other intellectual property rights. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform within the selected tariff and exclusively for his own needs (or the needs of the organization on behalf of which the User acts).
The content that the User uploads/enters into the Platform remains the property of the User. The User grants Wisely a limited right to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the functionality of the Service.
9. Student Data and User Responsibility
If the User enters student/client data into the Service (e.g. name, contact details, notes), he confirms that there are legal grounds for such transfer and processing (consent or other legal basis).
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure stable operation, but do not guarantee continuity or the absence of errors. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by the operation of the Internet, the User's equipment, the actions of third parties or force majeure circumstances .
11. Changes, suspension and termination of access
We may update the functionality, interface and terms of the Service . In the event of significant changes to the terms, we may notify the User via email or in the Platform interface. We have the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance .
12. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
This Offer is governed by the laws of Ukraine . Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement — in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of Ukraine .
