1. General provisions

Wisely (hereinafter referred to as "we", "Platform") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Where necessary (for example, if users are located in the EEA), we also take into account GDPR approaches.

3. What data do we collect?

• Contact details: name, email, phone (if required).
• Account details: login and password (in hashed form).
• Data you add to the Platform: lessons, timetable, students/groups, notes, homework, payment records.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, event logs (logs), cookies.

If you add your students' data (e.g. name or contacts), you confirm that you have a legal basis for processing and transferring it to Wisely.

4. How and why we use data

• to provide and maintain the Service;
• to provide features (schedule, payments, reminders, reports, etc.);
• to respond to requests and provide support;
• to improve the product (analytics, diagnostics, security);
• to prevent fraud and abuse.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process data on the basis of: (a) performance of the contract (providing access to the Platform), (b) your consent (when required), (c) legitimate interests (security and development of the service), (d) compliance with legal requirements.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may engage service providers who help us provide the service, including: hosting/infrastructure, analytics, payment providers (e.g. LiqPay) - exclusively to the extent necessary.

Card details: Wisely does not store card details. Payments are processed by the payment provider.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for the correct operation of the Service, security and to improve the user experience.

• Required cookies — authorization, sessions, security.
• Analytical cookies — statistics and product improvement.
• Functional cookies — saving settings.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit the functionality of some features.

8. Data storage

We store data for the duration of your use of the Platform and for an additional period necessary for security, compliance with legal obligations or dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account/data through support.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS, access control, logging, regular updates. However, no method of data transmission or storage guarantees absolute security.

• restrict processing or withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
• file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. Policy changes

We may update this Policy. The date of update is indicated at the top of the page. In the event of significant changes, we may notify users via email or in the Platform interface.
